Terms & Conditions

___Umbrella Rental:@$12.00 / day

___Regular Chair Rental: @$15.00 / chair / day

___RIO Chair Rental: @$20.00 / chair / day

Damage Deposit: $100.00 (to be returned to the Renter upon the return of the chair and/ or umbrella to Native in the condition required hereunder) by separate transaction.

There will be an additional 2$ AN HOUR for returning the equipment late.

Pick-up and return of the umbrella and chairs shall be coordinated between Native LLC and the Rente. Any damage to the umbrella/chairs will be paid by the Renter to include replacement costs (umbrella @ $30.00 each and chairs @ $45 each),

1. Verification of Rented Items Taken:

Safety/Operating Instructions: The Renter is responsible for the proper care of the umbrella and chairs during transportation to and from Native LLC and at the beach. This is the sole responsibility of the Renter, and any damage that may occur during this process is the sole responsibility of the Renter. Renter's use of the umbrella and chairs is strictly voluntary and at the Renter's sole risk.

2. Care of Umbrella and/ or Chairs:

Prior to returning them to Native LLC renter will clean all chairs and the umbrella return them to Native in as good condition as received, in a clean appearance, ready for use by another. Any damage to the umbrella or chairs must to be reported to the manager and paid for when the items are returned (if the amount exceeds the damage deposit​

3. Release / Indemnification:

Renter understands that the use of an umbrella/chair entails both known and unknown risks, including, but not limited to, physical injury from falling, slipping, crashing, or colliding. Renter hereby voluntarily and expressly releases and forever discharges Native LLC, its officers, directors, agents, employees, and volunteers from any and all matters pertaining to Renter's use of the umbrellas and/or chairs, and agrees, at Renter's sole expense, to indemnify, defend, and hold Native LLC, its officers, directors, agents, employees, and volunteers free and harmless from any loss, claim, liability, damage (including reasonable attorney's fees), and/or injury to persons and property that in any way may be caused in whole or in part by or occur during Renter's use of the umbrellas and/or chairs. This indemnity shall survive the termination of this Agreement.

THE UNDERSIGNED HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND THE I, TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THEM. I FURTHER WARRANT AND REPRESENT THAT I AM THE RENTER AND THE UMBRELLA AND CHAIRS RENTED WILL BE USED AT FOLLY BEACH, SC
